About the Artist
Holland Roden walked onto the Teen Wolf set playing the most dangerous kind of character to write: the popular girl. Her portrayal of Lydia Martin — who began as the sharpest person in any room she entered and slowly revealed herself to be something far older and stranger, a banshee whose wail heralded death before it arrived — became one of the most celebrated character arcs in supernatural television.
A slow burn from mean girl to the most powerful member of the pack, it held because Holland played every stage of it like Lydia had always known what she was, even when the audience didn't.
